What is it?

Signing up and payment of $500 retainer premium entitles you to guaranteed representation by the attorney who limits his practice to only marijuana cases.
In the event that you are charged with a criminal offense involving marijuana Michael Walz will appear in Court with you as your personal lawyer. He will be at your side for every Court appearance as a sympathetic, knowledgeable and well respected attorney.
In the event that your legal situation requires you to stop using marijuana, Mr. Walz can help you though that process. Unless you suffer from a serious medical condition he believes it is often easier for most people to quit than they realize. Some people believe that their arrest provides an opportunity to quit --- at least for a while.
Is it worth it?
Obviously yes if you are arrested for a marijuana offense within the year. You will pay only about 10% of what it costs to hire a different top-notch lawyer in Arizona. You will have an expert lawyer who does nothing but handle marijuana cases.

As to the probability that you will be arrested within the year – consider the following:
Do you drive around in you car playing music and smoking?
Do you get your weed or sell weed to people who might “snitch you off” to save their own skin?
Is your domestic situation such that a significant other or neighbor might call the police?

It depends on the charges. I assume most people will be charged with use or possession of marijuana and that fee is $500. You could call it the “deductable,” the “co-pay” or the “fee for services.” The document you sign guarantees representation by Michael Walz at this fixed rate. The fee for sale of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale is $2,500. if the amount of marijuana is less than 2 pounds. If the amount of marijuana for sale exceeds 2 pounds but is less than 10 pounds that fee is $5000. !0 to 20 pounds costs $10,000. This insurance policy does not cover amounts of marijuana in excess of 20 pounds.
