My practice is limited to cannabis cases, and I have successfully defended numerous clients directly or acted as their pre-trial and trial consultant. I've been licensed to practice law in the States of Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, Texas, and various Federal Courts. It is my firm belief that jury selection and proper case presentation can make a difference in a marijuana trial.

I have been a lawyer for 21 years. I am a member of the NORML Legal Committee. I am also a long-time member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL). My best trial training included attending the National Criminal Defense College sponsored by NACDL. I am qualified to teach trial skills to other lawyers, as certified by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.

I live in Phoenix with my wife (an Emergency Room M.D.), our two children, and assorted family pets. In my spare time, I enjoy working out, reading, and camping.
